A refreshing and crisp wine with amazing acidity and hints of pear, apple and amazing minerality adds to the complexity.  A weighted finish of light butter and slight toasted bread finishes this complex Paso beauty.  Living it's life in equal amounts of stainless tank and French oak barrel aging.
